Conditions for Course/Class Payment Refunds
Purpose of the Policy
This policy defines under which conditions a student may receive a refund before or after starting a course or class.Eligibility Period
If a student requests a refund within 7 days of the course schedule announcement and before the course starts, a full refund will be issued.
If the course has already started and the student is not satisfied, they may request a refund within the first 24 hours and receive a 50% refund.
After 24 hours of the course starting, no refund will be provided. However, exceptions may be considered if course materials are not delivered or the content is unclear.
Refund Process
To apply for a refund, students must contact us via Support/Contact email or WhatsApp with a written request. The request should include the course name, registration number, and the reason for the refund.
Once we receive the request, we will review it and notify the student within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:The course has started and the student has already accessed a significant portion of it.
The student violates terms & conditions or engages in unethical behavior.
Technical issues occur on the student’s end but are not reported to us.
Special Circumstances
In cases of illness, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances, students may submit proof and apply for a refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.Contact Information
